About Us
Hippocrates Medical Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community clinic committed to improving health equity in Kankakee County. Serving uninsured and underinsured individuals, the clinic offers primary care, chronic disease management, preventive services, and patient education. Its volunteer-driven model and strong civic partnerships allow the organization to provide compassionate, accessible care that strengthens the overall health of the community.
